Open Learning Resources Open Learning is part of a movement to make knowledge available to everyone. Instruction and courses are available in many languages from many universities, for example UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon and MIT all have free courses available to anyone interested in learning.
There is no credit given, it is knowledge for the sake of knowledge although there are some institutions that do give credit for paying students. Classes include languages, arts, science and humanities, technology, health, business and study skills.
