REGARDING Tdap VACCINATIONS FOR ALL GRADE 7-12 STUDENTS

STUDENTS MUST HAVE A Tdap BOOSTER GIVEN AFTER THEIR 7TH BIRTHDAY.

WAIVERS, FOR RELIGIOUS OR PERSONAL BELIEFS, ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE WCS OFFICE.

Here is something sent from the health dept.
Please note there are no clinic times left for vaccinations during the month of September, they are all filled.  So if the student is intending to use the Public Health Department for vaccines during the new 30 day waiver period, there are no available appointments.
MCOE has just posted a list of pharmacies that are administering Tdap, they are not billing insurance or Medi-Cal, so these are cash payments.  The posting is on our website at http://www.mcoe.us/d/alerts “Pharmacies Tdap”.

ONLY FOR 7TH THROUGH 12TH GRADES

No other vaccines will be available

There is a 15.00 dollar administration fee.

[No one will be denied the Tdap due to inability to pay]
